Gaia Buratti

Gaia is an italian 28 year old girl who moved to Luxembourg 4 years ago to work in an investment fund. She loves practicing sport, mainly cycling, which she tries to do at agonistic levels and spending time in nature, hiking, mountainbiking and swimming. She recently embraced a plantbased lifestyle and got passionate about organic, natural and healthy food and spirituality. While quitting processed foods, she learned to do a lot of things herself, such as flour in her awesome little home mill. Baking healthy, sport-friendly cakes without eggs or sugar also became her passion, and she particularly loves making bread with natural yeast or sourdough!
